Now that summer has finally graced us with its presence, fire up the BBQ before it's too late! 
  Get out of that hot kitchen, enjoy the fresh air and have ‘him outdoors’ rustle up some of the family meals;  keeping things light and simple...

At Ashore have all manner of rubs and marinades desperate to strut their stuff on your hot plate.  Turn burnt offerings into sure-to-impress cuisine in one easy step
From Charles Major we have a variety of dry BBQ rubs carefully blended to massage into beef, chicken, seafood or even veges. 
From Al Rahib there’s Pomegranate Molasses which is just heavenly brushed over lamb. 
For a North African flavour try the spices from the Alexandra’s Bazaar range mixed with a little oil and used as a marinade. 
From Jamaica we have authentic Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning in both mild and hot ‘n’ spicy varieties. 
...and if your gas BBQ means you’re missing out on the smoky flavour you love, check out the Hickory Liquid Smoke from the Whole Smoke Co.   Just a few drops is all you need.

While the BBQs doing its thing there’s always time to throw together a quick & healthy salad and we have a wide choice of ready-made salad dressings, as well as healthy oils and interesting vinegars for those who like to do their own thing.

If you’re entertaining this summer it’s a good idea to have some quick & easy options up your sleeve, particularly when unexpected guests turn up.

will fit the bill perfectly.  Simple sachets to keep in the pantry, then mix together with sour cream, mayo or yoghurt when needed. 
Serve them with
180 Degrees Lavosh or Kumara Chips.
