From Charles Major we have a variety of dry BBQ rubs carefully blended to massage into beef, chicken, seafood or even veges.
From Al Rahib there’s Pomegranate Molasses which is just heavenly brushed over lamb.
For a North African flavour try the spices from the Alexandra’s Bazaar range mixed with a little oil and used as a marinade.
From Jamaica we have authentic Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning in both mild and hot ‘n’ spicy varieties.

If you’re entertaining this summer it’s a good idea to have some quick & easy options up your sleeve, particularly when unexpected guests turn up.
Our range of dips from the Herb & Spice Mill Co. will fit the bill perfectly. Simple sachets to keep in the pantry, then mix together with sour cream, mayo or yoghurt when needed.
